About Us
Over the years I have grown in my commitment to help patients become better informed and educated about their cancer. I truly believe that an informed and educated cancer patient will be empowered get the best cancer care, and live better and longer. That is why we created www.MyCancerAdvisor.com (MCA) and our companion website www.PatientResource.net, the only resource –in print or on the web– that provides a listing and contact information of every cancer treatment facility as well as cancer-specific patient advocacy groups.
The vision of MCA is to become a primary resource for expert opinion and analysis of cancer information and news managed by leading authorities in medical and surgical oncology for cancer patients, families, and caregivers worldwide. Each of the blogs are organized under specific cancer types or topics of interest, such as “Famous People with Cancer.”
MyCancerAdvisor.com is owned by Balch Communications LLC, Patient Resources LLC (Linette Atwood, President), Mr. David Bradley (Chairman of Atlantic Media Publications), and Dr. Jon Merril (CEO and co-founder of Astute Technology).
